"Reports are coming in of unattended dogs roaming freely around our community. It's imperative for all pet owners to understand the necessity of leashing their animals while outside. This is not only for the protection of our residents but also a compliance with city ordinances.

Please be aware that any dog found without a leash is subject to being reported to animal control authorities. Such incidents could result in the animal being taken into custody, potentially at the owner's expense. Let's work together to promote the safety of our neighborhood by adhering to these important regulations."
